To enhance profitability and operational efficiency, we seek projects with a minimum of 150 rooms. The average size of hotels in our portfolio stands at 170 rooms.
Our focus is on developing value-add properties with significant business and growth potential. By rebranding and reopening these properties under esteemed international hotel chains, we unlock their inherent value and position them for long-term success.
In addition to repositioning existing properties, we also undertake the development of new properties, harnessing our expertise to create innovative and desirable destinations for guests.
